This page explains how Autoxtrade handles your personal data, and the rules that govern deposits, profits, and withdrawals on the platform. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to the terms described below.
To keep the platform fair and sustainable for all members, any withdrawal requested within 15 days of the matching deposit is subject to a 25% early-withdrawal deduction on the withdrawn amount.
This rule exists because profits are generated by holding and working deposited funds over time. Withdrawing too early disrupts that cycle and is against platform rules — the 25% deduction offsets the cost this creates for the platform and other members.
Once a deposit has been held for 15 days or longer, withdrawals against that deposit are processed with no early-withdrawal deduction (standard processing fees, if any, may still apply as shown on the Withdraw page).
| Time Since Deposit | Deduction |
|---|---|
| 0 – 15 days | 25% deducted |
| 15+ days | No early deduction |
When you register, we collect your username, email address, phone number, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in a readable format — it is one-way encrypted using industry-standard hashing.
We record your deposit and withdrawal history, wallet addresses you provide for transactions, transaction references/hashes, and any proof-of-payment screenshots you upload. This data is used solely to process your deposits and withdrawals and to maintain accurate account records.
We may log basic technical information such as login timestamps and device/browser type to help secure your account and troubleshoot issues.
Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never visible to anyone, including platform administrators. Sensitive actions (deposits, withdrawals, profile changes) require an authenticated session token. We recommend you never share your password with anyone, including someone claiming to represent Autoxtrade support.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request account closure, by contacting platform support. Some financial records may be retained as required for fraud-prevention and record-keeping purposes even after account closure.
